How do we work?

New clients start with an assessment, and continue with either Private or Semi-Private Lessons (max 3-1) which are bookable and prepaid either as single lessons, on blocks of 5, 10, or 20 or as a monthly payment in case of duo and trio lessons.

All lessons are subject to our Cancellation Terms.

The initial assessment is called the Introductory Lesson, when clients’ general health, flexibility, fitness levels, past operations & injuries, recuperation, pregnancy and any other issues needing to be addressed are taken into account. This then establishes a programme of ongoing exercises which will be specifically tailored to their individual needs.

  • We activate and work not only big superficial muscles but also the conective tissue and small stabilizing muscles wich are conected to the joints.

  • We help you with the regular bad postural habits and teach you to reeducate them.

  • Our Imaginary and sensorial approach, helps you to improve the plasticity of the brain.

  • We apply Hands on, so the movements are allways guide and support if need it. This also makes a deep print on our system.

  • The level of attention that we gain during the practice, gives you a better awareness and a very special state of calmness wich is important since we nowadays live so fast and no aware of our own body and perceptions.
