During pregnancy, we work with a specific program of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® for pregnant women with the emphasis on creating space, strengthening, maintaining flexible and stable structures and preparing the body for the time of delivery. Especially the musculature of the pelvic floor, but also the arms (necessary to push at the time of delivery and to subsequently support our baby during the first years), frequent shoulder curl caused by weight and lumbo sacral mobility that possibly undergo changes after delivery.
